Introduction and quote
Upon finalizing the design, we meticulously calculate all aspects within a highly comprehensive, transparent, and detailed quotation for the construction process. Following your approval, we will create a practical schedule.
Material Choices
After Agreement We Will Create a Realistic Schedule. You are invited to leisurely select the ultimate durable materials in our Experience Garden. This allows us to create a harmonious overall picture in the completed design, with careful consideration of all functionalities. At this stage, we also take into account any security options and maintenance concerns.
Technical preparation and permits
We subsequently refine the design with our technical drawing work, including building cross-sections, construction drawings, and detailed calculations for piling and bearing capacity, before advancing to the permit application process.
Construction phases
We start with accurate digital plotting of the garden. We then proceed efficiently with our excavators with; earthwork, soil improvement, preparing cabling for drainage and irrigation. Then construction building work, followed by paving and laying lawn and planting. Finally, the enchanting garden lighting.
